REMA Power contacts

Emcomp have since many years a co-operation with the German manufacturer of power contacts, REMA Lipprandt GmbH & Co. KG. The REMA contacts are a natural complement to our other products and are of course a vital part of our own harness manufacturing. We are working with both battery connectors of industrial standard as well as the niche power contact range for demanding telecom/datacom applications – the DUOPOLE & PowerSelect.

1-pole Battery Connectors UL/CSA

REMA MC is a robust and reliable connection for many applications such as EV charging, battery chargers and electric trucks. MC connectors are color-coded for different operating voltages. This is to simplify and ensure a proper connection. Both the housing and the contacts are identical regardless of whether it is a plug or socket, which reduces the number of components and reduces inventory costs. The connectors are also suited for AWG (American Wire Gauge).
Battery Connectors SR - UL/CSA

REMA SR is a robust and reliable connection for many applications such as EV charging and battery chargers. There are three versions, SR50, SR175 and SR350. SR connectors are color-coded for different operating voltages. This is to simplify and ensure a proper connection. Both the housing and the contacts are identical regardless of whether it is a plug or socket, which reduces the number of components and reduces inventory costs. The connectors are also suited for AWG (American Wire Gauge).Both strain-reliefs and handles are available as accessories.
Battery Connectors SRE - UL/CSA

REMA SRE is a robust and reliable connection for many applications such as EV charging and battery chargers. They are available as SRE160 and SRE320 which can be complemented with both aux- and pilot contacts. SRE connectors are color-coded for different operating voltages. This is to simplify and ensure a proper connection. Both the housing and the contacts are identical regardless of whether it is a plug or socket, which reduces the number of components and reduces inventory costs. The connectors are also suited for AWG (American Wire Gauge). Strain-reliefs, handles, auxiliary contacts and air adapters are all available as accessories.
DUOPOLE & PowerSelect

DUOPOLE and Power Select manages 120A despite its small size. The REMA developed contacts made out of pure high conductive Cu-ETP copper with silver plated surface and an anti-friction and tarnish coating, ensure a power transition with minimal losses and a long life. Thanks to its design and performance, the DUOPOLE and Power Select is good for all applications where a lot of power needs to be transferred in a small space, for example for charging of equipment and Power supply. The connectors are available in several different versions and from 6 mm² up to 35 mm².

The 1-pole Molded REMA Connector (MRC) is a patented high power connector specifically designed for fast and opportunity charging of large battery capacities.
