Signalharness

Many of our circuit breakers have auxiliary contact and/or trip alarm contact for status indication of the breaker. These contacts are normally of quick connect type or have soldering tabs. Emcomp can assist you in designing and producing a harness for termination of these contacts, custom made to fit in your application. We can make a complete assembly with the circuit breaker or deliver the harness as a separate component.

Some of our circuit breakers are delivered with a remote trip function, a trip coil. The connection to actuate the trip coil is many times in a flying leads format, I.e. two cables coming out from the circuit breaker body. Emcomp can support with converting these cables to a ready made harness with suitable connectors. We can also make a complete integrated harness with both trip coil and auxiliary contact connections.
